We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations, and that's okay! Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and worry-free.

Returns and Statutory Rights

To request a return or exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, you may email letpay@foxmail.com. This does not limit any other legally valid way to notify us. Where EU statutory withdrawal rights apply, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify us of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions, starting-date rules and any extensions provided by applicable law. Where no statutory withdrawal right applies, our voluntary return request period is 7 days from receipt. The voluntary period does not shorten any applicable statutory right or remedy. Buyers bear the direct cost of a voluntary return and, for statutory withdrawal, only where applicable law permits and the required information has been provided. Costs of remedies for defective or non-conforming goods are handled as required by applicable mandatory law.

Damaged, Defective or Misdescribed Items

We recommend inspecting your order promptly after delivery and contacting us at letpay@foxmail.com if an item appears damaged, defective or not as described. There is no 48-hour deadline for exercising any applicable statutory right or remedy. Applicable statutory notification and claim periods remain unaffected.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, including statutory rights of withdrawal and remedies for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract. Any time limits, return-cost provisions, liability exclusions, or reshipment arrangements stated in this policy apply only to the extent consistent with those rights. In particular, the voluntary 7-day period and the inspection recommendation above do not shorten any applicable statutory time limits or remove any statutory remedy. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right prevails.

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact
Items must not have been washed, worn, or had their plastic packaging removed or damaged
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for refund

Return Process:

Email letpay@foxmail.com to request a return and obtain the correct return address. The applicable notification periods are explained above; other legally valid ways to notify us of statutory withdrawal remain available
Package your item securely to prevent damage during shipping
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs follow the rules above and applicable mandatory law
Inspection & Refund: After receiving your return, we will inspect it and process refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once complete

Important Information:

Customized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality issues
06shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping

Return Abuse Policy

To ensure fair usage for all customers, 06shop monitors return activity. The following situations may result in restrictions:

Frequent returns
Fraudulent claims
Abuse of return policy
Possible consequences include:

Limitation or suspension of return privileges
Refusal of future transactions
Account review and potential closure
We will contact you if your return activity raises concerns and reserve the right to take appropriate action.

International Returns

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes on returns
Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs follow the rules above. Applicable statutory rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods are not limited
Processing Time: Refunds may take longer to process due to international shipping

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. For the fastest service, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Due to international shipping times, we cannot guarantee your requested item will be in stock when we receive your return.

Resend Policy (For Sizing Issues)

You only need to pay the applicable shipping fee to receive a new item - no need to return the original product.
