Privacy Policy

06shop.com is operated by Losix INC. This notice explains our use of personal data when you browse the store, buy products, create an account, submit a review or contact us.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

Losix INC is the controller responsible for our processing of your personal data. Our company correspondence address is 1125 Richards Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80905, United States.

For privacy questions or requests about your data, email letpay@foxmail.com or write to the address above. Customer service is available every day, 09:00–23:00 Beijing time (UTC+8). These hours do not limit your privacy rights.

2. What we use and why

  • Orders and payments. We use your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, purchased products, order and payment references, and order-related messages to process your purchase, arrange payment and delivery, and handle returns or other order issues. The legal basis is taking steps you request before a purchase and performing our contract with you.
  • Accounts. If you register, we use your registration, login and saved account details to provide the account service you request. The legal basis is performance of that service. You can place an order using guest checkout.
  • Support. We use the contact details, message content, order information and attachments you provide to answer and manage your enquiry. Purchase-related enquiries are handled for pre-contract steps or contract performance. Other enquiries are handled for our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • Reviews. If you submit a product review or comment, we use the submitted name and content to display and moderate it. Public review content can be read by other visitors. Our legitimate interest is providing product feedback and preventing misuse of the review feature.

We do not send promotional emails or SMS to customers. Please do not send passwords, full card details or information that is unnecessary for a support enquiry.

3. Sources and necessary information

We receive information you enter on the website or send to us, and information generated when you use the store. Payment and delivery services provide transaction or shipment updates relating to your order.

We need delivery and payment information to complete a purchase, and contact details to respond to an enquiry. If necessary information is not provided, we cannot provide the relevant service. Account registration is optional for a purchase.

4. Who handles the data

The recipient depends on the payment method, delivery route or service involved. The following categories handle information for those functions:

  • Payment gateway, payment-routing and transaction-processing providers. The store offers methods labelled Stripe and FlyPay. Banks, card networks and payment-method providers also participate as needed for the selected transaction. Stripe explains its processing at https://stripe.com/privacy. FlyPay is a Flyway service: https://www.inflyway.com/.

Both payment integrations are configured to send payment-initiation requests through a payment-routing service before redirecting to a payment page. Depending on the method, these requests include customer name, email, phone and address, order amount and currency, order or product details, IP address, browser information and any customer note. Payment information therefore passes through a routing service in addition to the services identified by the payment-method labels.

  • Parcel, courier and postal-delivery services. We provide the selected carrier with recipient, address, contact and shipment information needed for delivery and tracking. Depending on the route, carriers include DHL, GOFO, DPD, the French postal service, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom and Middle East delivery services.
  • Website hosting and technical services. These services support the operation and storage of the store and its account, order and technical information.
  • Email and enquiry-handling services. Email delivery, mailbox and any external messaging service you use handle the details and content needed to deliver or manage your enquiry. An external messaging service also handles data under its own privacy information.

Some providers process data on our instructions; others determine their own purposes for activities such as payment processing. A provider’s privacy information describes its own activities and does not replace this notice about ours.

5. Where data is handled

Our company is registered in the United States. Day-to-day order processing and customer support take place in China. Orders are dispatched from our self-operated warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Delivery involves carriers serving the shipment’s route and destination.

Our US correspondence address does not mean that customer data is processed only in the United States. You can contact letpay@foxmail.com with questions about the location of processing.

6. Cookies and website features

The store uses website features for shopping carts, sign-in and language preferences. Cookies and similar device storage can support these functions. The site is also configured with WooCommerce order-attribution functionality for referral and campaign information and Chaty interaction analytics for contact features.

You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking storage used by a requested function can stop that function from working. Browser settings do not replace consent controls required for optional tracking.

7. Retention

Our routine order records are deleted six months after the order is completed. Our routine customer-support records are deleted six months after the support issue is closed.

These periods describe our routine order and support practices. They do not set the retention periods of payment or delivery providers when those providers process records for their own purposes. Their applicable privacy information explains their processing.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, subject to the conditions in the law. Where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract, you can also request portability of data you provided, including transmission to another controller where technically feasible.

You can object, for reasons relating to your situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. That processing must stop unless the law permits its continuation, such as for overriding legitimate grounds or legal claims. You can object to direct marketing and related profiling at any time. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to letpay@foxmail.com. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for proportionate information to verify it. Requests are generally free. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. An extension of up to two further months is possible where the number or complexity of requests requires it; we will explain it within the first month.

You can complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work in the EU or where the alleged infringement occurred. In France, see https://www.cnil.fr. In Spain, see https://www.aepd.es. You do not need to contact us first. Where French law applies, you can also give instructions about the retention, deletion and disclosure of your data after your death.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the store’s processing. It describes our practices and does not request blanket consent for all uses of personal data.
